I got a new template for this blog! haha..
Spent the whole day (yesterday) doing this.. A 'great' way to kill time.. and to kill my brain cells too. Sigh, i thought it would be easy to have a nice template.. but it turns out that i have to edit html myself and it won't be as convenient as before.
Guess it's the price i have to pay for beauty? Haha. So just take it~
It's not completely done though.. I dunno how to put the blog links.. And i'm gonna do it next time coz i had it enough doing this thing the whole day. I need a break from this.
Anyway, i'm here just to announce about the new look of my blog.. Hoping that it'll make a good start for the new chapters of my life story.
Happy reborning, blog! =P
And thank you, Wen Jia and CK for helping out!

..18..
Guess it's too late to blog about the graduation day as what i promised in the previous post.. *sorry*
Feel like blogging about my birthday too, but it's already one week after my birthday, so the urge to blog is already fading.. -.-
Anyway, I am happy that i got to celebrate my birthday with family and friends and received presents from you all. Received many wishes. Even got some surprises. This is quite an unconventional birthday for me to have.
So, i'm here to thank all of you for making my 18th birthday a sweet one! Really appreciate it.
*gonna post the photos of my presents if got the chance..*
......
OMG.
I realise how boring this post is, how bored i am and how lazy i am to blog. LOL.
come slap me if u can x_x
the aimless, nothing-good-to-do mode is killing me

I'm finally back!
Hello there... It's been so long since i last updated. I'm sorry, blog!
Apparently my finals are over.. in other words, I'm done with college already. And now I'm on a 4-months-holiday (if i'm going to Monash next year). University is starting by the end of February 2010. I know.. super duper looongg, right? My longest holiday ever..
Anyway i got quite many things to blog about... but i'm kinda lazy to write a lot =P
So, here we start~
1. Goodbye, college!!
My classes ended on the day before finals started. So us Muffins ( aka MUFY-ians) brought camera to college and camwhored like mad..

For more photos, go check out my facebook~
I'm just liking the MUFY life. I know we all do. Will miss the yellow table area in the campus where most of us used to be spending our break times; Rock Cafe, 'Orange', 'Pink' and 'White' restaurants where we used to have lunch at; the drink stall (it's a van, actually) selling micheal jackson (it's actually soya cincau); and everything that reminds me of college life!
And, of course, more importantly, i'll miss all my friends and lecturers i've met here~ All the best in the future! The end of college doesn't mean the end of our friendship =)
2. I missed out KC people in college!
It was the day when i had my Accounts and Maths exams. My high school Sr3 people (which includes some of my ex-classmates, and i know most of them) came to visit Sunway University College! Too bad i missed out the chance to meet them.. They passed by the exam hall when I was on my way from the foyer. hmph.. there's no big deal anyway XD
3. MILO CINCAU~
This is like the biggest joke I've ever come across in a restaurant.
After exam, we were having lunch at rock cafe when Xian Hor and I tried to order drinks from the guy from drinks stall. In fact I've ordered already but it never comes after a long wait. So i called the guy again.
Me: Tadi saya sudah order milo ais tapi belum datang lagi.
Xian Hor: Tambah lagi satu cincau..
The Guy: *nods* walked away without saying a word*
Five minutes later, another guy approached us with A CUP of MILO ICE MIXED WITH CINCAU.
The Other Guy: Saya tak tau, tadi kawan saya kata 'milo cincau' saya pun buatlah milo cincau~
There you go.
The funniest thing is, when i looked at the receipt, there it really printed
In the end, Xian Hor decided to drink it coz he was desperate for a drink after eating curry mee..
4. Exams
Exams are okay after all... Except for chemistry. Sigh.. now I seriously doubt if i can meet the requirements for Monash Pharmacy. I think i can meet the total marks required but.. Chem B - 80 and above? I screwed up the paper when my internal mark is so low, and i'm depending on the exam paper to push up my marks.
80 and above? Let's hope for a miracle. ><
Keeping my fingers crossed until the 10th of December..
5. Outings~
These few days had been kinda exhausting. Went out with
Ying Ying

Jiun Jie

Nutserlar

and CK

on the 13th.
As what I've promised Nutserlar, we got to sing k together =) She has a very amazing voice! Really enjoyed it.
At night, some of the Muffins had a steamboat buffet dinner at Yuen. After the dinner, I dunno when i'll be meeting some of them again. =( Hopefully during graduation night?
Anyway, on the next day which is yesterday, I went back to KC to attend the graduation ceremony. If i didn't come to MUFY and continue studying Sr3 in my school, i'll be one of them graduating as well. (yes, i'm considered as a school leaver. not graduated ><) Then went out with some of the girls... and another exhausting day is over~
Will be blogging about it in the next post after getting the pics from them. Stay tuned~ =)

I can't remember our reactions. I only remember that i was totally speechless and I felt so funny at the same time. Too bad i don't have the photo of the cup of "milo cincau". Maybe you can imagine the feeling if you get to see the cup of drink. The Other Guy: Saya tak tau, tadi kawan saya kata 'milo cincau' saya pun buatlah milo cincau~
There you go.
The funniest thing is, when i looked at the receipt, there it really printed
"Milo Cincau - RM2.00".
I'm speechless again..Normal milo ice costs RM1.80.
In the end, Xian Hor decided to drink it coz he was desperate for a drink after eating curry mee..

:S
This morning, I got to watch a tv programme called "102 Minutes That Changed America" on History Channel.
It was about the collapse of the two main buidings of the World Trade Centre in America on 11th September, 2001. The "911 incident", you know.. the historical disaster.
The show was cool and worth watching as it was very professionally edited. They got several videos recording every bits of here and there throughout the collapse of the buildings: (warning: the show was labeled 18 ><)
The aeroplane penetrate through the buildings in the morning (i didnt watch that part coz i joined in halfway, but i suppose they got),
The top floors of the buildings were on fire..
People ran for their lives..
Women unable to withstand the shock and cried..
People unable to get out and desperately waving, seeking for help from the windows..
Someone recording from a building nearby witnessed a person jumped down and died..
Firemen trying their best to help.. got into the building and used walkie-talkie to communicate..
The situation was broadcasted almost immediately via a large tv screen on the other side of the town and everyone went like "OH MY GOD"..
etc etc..
It was supposed to be a normal, working morning but then the whole town was in such a big mess..
..and finally, one of the buidings collapsed.. (i wonder if the firemen who used the walkie-talkie in the building just now survived)..
The haze it caused was super duper horrible.. so thick and dark.. and it's spreading so fast..
This time, everyone was running like mad from the haze.. people failed to avoid the haze got their whole body in white and undergo difficulty to breathe....
Some buildings nearby were also destroyed.. places where many ppl were running just now went empty..
Firemen and police couldnt do anything anymore and they stayed there, feeling terrible..
People crying over their loved ones..
etc etc...
And all these happened from 9 something to 10 something in the morning. Just within 102 minutes.
I was ten during that year and i remember i heard about that news. In fact i even watched the recording of the incident that time. But of course, that wasn't so in detail, just the collapsing part. Back then i didn't really feel anything, simply because it was too unbelievable and i was too young to imagine the pain.
But now I can.
Imagine it's just another ordinary day and you've just started working in the morning and all these happened, just within an hour. That's such a nightmare. In fact i hope it was just a nightmare. But sadly, it so HAPPENED.
Imagine it's a fresh Saturday morning and you just decided to chill in the living room and watch tv with family, then you come across this programme and you cant help but keep on watching although it is horrible and depressing (coz you can hardly watch a special programme like this); then within the hours of watching you can't withstand the continuous shock and feel dizzy while your stomach is like churning inside.
I don't have to imagine, I've been through that.
Ughh.
Actually i had recovered from the trauma, but now it all comes back as i'm remembering it again. Then why am i still writing all these down? Despite the fact that the show was actually worth watching..
Maybe it's because i think sometimes i need to face the ugly sides of life, and take them. They do exist, no matter how hard you try to ignore them.
Still, i need to do something to cheer myself up. Music might help, perhaps.
And i'm sorry if this post disturbed your mood..

Good Day
Goodday fresh milk is nice.. LOL WTH~~ jkjk
Have been quite busy these days. Decided to become a true NERD until the end of finals. And i actually realise i kinda enjoy doing so.. haha. At least i'm keeping myself on track and not making myself regret for panicking at the very last minute..
Time management is really important. Now i can feel the difference as i try to improve on that.
Today has been a nice day as i actually find myself enjoy being busy the whole day. I was so into what i was doing (which is, currently, the bio research) i didn't feel hungry or sleepy. (Though the productivity is still not high.. but there's an improvement!) Maybe i shall consider staying back at college more often to do my work.. the atmosphere there is much better for me to study than at home.
I should be going to sleep or continue a bit on my work now.. But i just find today special because of my unexpectedly great attitude, and i feel like complimenting myself about that. Good one, Yen Yee! Keep it up! XD
No, i'm not being vain...
